KEVEVAPI is governed by a Board of Directors (BOD). The Board is responsible for all governance and policy matters and is composed of a Chairman, Six Independent Directors, and three members representing various Government Ministries and entities. Managing Director, who is the Chief Accounting Officer of the Institute, is an ex-official board member. The Corporation Secretary also serves as secretary to the Board of Management. In order to ensure efficient delivery of Board mandates, the Board operates through the following four (4) Board Committees namely:-

1.Audit & Risk Assurance Committee. 
2.Finance, Human Resource & Administration Committee.
3.Technical & Strategy Commitee

4.Sales & Marketing Committee
